Question Customer Support?

    I created an online quote a week ago and tried to pay by credit card but this failed. I send an email to you (info@) and got a reply that they were checking the availability and would get back to me. I have waited a week and still no reply despite several more emails.

    I am based in Singapore so the time difference makes it very difficult to call. I just want to place an order but how is it possible for your staff not to respond to customers?

    Your website indicated items were in stock, so this also confusing.

    Steve,

    On October 5 we responded to your email and sent you our wire transfer information as you requested, so that you could initiate a fund transfer.

    Since then, we have been checking daily to see if your transfer has been executed so that we could process your order, but we haven't seen it come in yet.
