Wall-Plate Wall plate suggestions

I am looking for a single gang wall plate. This wall plate will be used for input to a 75" 4k display.

This input wall plate shall have HDMI, VGA with audio, USB3, RJ45. The cable distance is 25 feet from the plate to the wall TV display.

Will need two wall plates. 1) Close to TV display, 2) Is as mentioned about 25 feet.

Optional--- if available: Active switch for auto sensing (first come, first service if available). HDMI1 or HDMI2 upon sensing signal.

Please recommend or suggest a product with model number, links and specs.

We all know there are many options out there. However, we would like to keep it simple and user friendly. Basically, we need an input port single gang plate at two location; one close to the display and the other remote 25 feet away from the display TV.

A single plate shall have the following;

USB
HDMI
VGA with 3.5mm
RJ45- for data

Option #1 direct cable connection to display TV

Option #2 plate 1 or 2 shall connect via auto sensing “from come, first serve” signal- analog w/audio or digital via active device – CAT-xx to display.
