I have an old PC (2004) running Windows XP that I would like to use with the same keyboard mouse monitor as my new Windows 10 pc. Can you recommend the best hardware?

    Hello Joe,

Thank you for reaching out on our HelpCenter.

What operating systems are running on your computers is irrelevant because KVM switches are hardware solutions and they do not care about operating system.

What is important is that the hardware interfaces on both computers are identical. In other words - it is preferable that both computers use USB for keyboard/mouse (as oppose to older PS/2). It is also important that both computers have the same video interface (e.g. VGA or DVI).

Look up our offerings of 2-port KVM switches, then refine your search to choose your...
    - Video Interface
    - Keyboard/Mouse Interface
All products that come up in your filtered result set will work for you.
You can further refine your search with additional feature and sort your result set by price as well.

    Hope this helps!
