Reverse KVM Controlling one PC from two locations

I'd like to control one PC from two locations.
1st location is in the same room as the PC is.
2nd location is outside the room, about 20 feet away.
PC has VGA video and USB keyboard/mouse.

    Can you recommend a solution?

Since 20-feet exceeds the workable length of a USB cable, and in order to avoid the need to use booster USB cables, or risk video degradation on a long-run VGA cable, we recommend using a KVM extender with local access (rather than a 'reverse KVM' which may sound as the more intuitive solution).

A KVM extender with local access allows a computer to be controlled from one local console and one extended console (learn more about KVM extenders), which will accomplish your goal.

Models to look at may include:
    XTENDEX USB KVM Extender
    CE700A
    USB VGA KVM Console Extender
