    I just bought an ATEN 2-computer DisplayPort KVM from you. It turns out the DisplayPort resolution on one of my computers is terrible. I'd like to exchange what I bought for the KVM that's currently in my cart (ATEN CS1644A). Is that possible?

    Yes, it is possible, in two separate steps.

    1) Place a new order for the new item you want to get.

    2) Initiate the return process for the item that you have already purchased.
