IT WatchDogs auto-dialer questions

    I have a few questions about #15413: APD-G05 - GSM Auto-Dialer.
    1) I'm seeing conflicting specs regarding the battery pack: Is it 7.2V or 9V?
    2) If I setup the dialer to call multiple numbers - does it keep on calling all numbers even after one call has been answered?
    3) If the dialer's calls do not go through (no answer or busy) - does it automatically make repetitive attempts to re-dial?

[IMG] 1) Earlier versions included a 7.2V battery pack. Currently-shipping units include a 9V battery pack.

    2) If you setup the dialer to call multiple numbers, it will keep on calling all numbers regardless of whether one (or some) of them went through and have been answered.

    3) If any number being dialed does not go through (busy, no answer, etc.), the dialer will automatically redial and make a total of 3 attempts to call each one of the setup numbers before it gives up.

    A few follow-up questions:
    1) Can you use any Burner Cell Phone SIM card with this item?

    2) Do you have to load minutes using the burner phone first, and only then place its SIM card in this unit?

    3) Do you know if this unit works with a SIM card from a prepaid TRACFONE?

    1) The autodialer can accept pre-paid SIM cards.

    2) If the SIM card requires you to use the phone itself to add extra minutes it is recommended to remove the SIM card from the autodialer and use the phone when you want to add minutes.

    3) The autodialer works with most SIM cards, please note that if a pre-paid SIM is used, IT WatchDogs recommends programming the unit to make periodic "self-test" calls to keep the pre-paid account "live".

Any carrier's prepaid card? Such as TracFone?

IT WatchDogs doesn't provide a list of carriers they have tested, but since the autodialer can accept pre-paid SIM cards - using such a card from most any carrier should work fine.
