Secure KVM for 2 environments

Because of new policy we now require 2 computers - one for the production environment and one for the testing environment.

Each require the use of a smart card that has credentials for each environment.

We're looking for a KVM solution that incorporates the smart card.

Please provide information about each computer's interface:
    1) Keyboard/mouse: USB? or PS/2?
    2) Video: VGA? or DVI? or other (please specify)?

    Keyboard and mouse are USB.
    Video is VGA.

Card reader is built into the keyboards.

    Simple enough.

Do you need to use a NIAP listed Common Criteria EAL approved KVM switch to keep the two computers isolated? or do you only need to be able to facilitate the smart-card reading for access?
