We are considering the ATEN VE849R and the VE809 to permit us to multicast one HDMI signal out to two epson 4770w video projectors.

I notice that the VE849R receiver has a push button on/off switch. The receiver will be located at the video projector's location which will be inaccessible without the use of scaffolding. Therefore, we will be unable to power cycle the receiver or press any type of reset button after the initial installation and configuration is complete.

After a power interruption, will the receiver come back ON? Or does one have to press the power on button each time power is restored to the unit?

Do you think that this transmitter/receiver pair is suitable in our situation in which the receiver will be inaccessible?
