Video Wall MX WALL PRO

    I'm using the MX WALL PRO software but I can't seem to connect via serial port. The instructions have the comport buttons but the software does not.
    Does anyone else have this issue?
    When I try to connect via com port I get nothing. The only way to connect is via network but I'm taking this to a convention and can't rely on their network.

    Hello Johnnie,

    Regarding the com port, I suggest giving our tech support a call at 702-800-0005 to diagnose the port it is trying to connect to.

    However, for convention purposes, you can connect the MXWALL-PRO directly to your source PC via an Ethernet cable or through a modem/router. All you have to do is setup the static IP to connect to 127.0.0.1 (default) and the PC will be able to communicate without any actual internet access.
