Switch Thunderbolt 3 and USB-C switch

    Good afternoon,

    I hope this message finds you well.
    Please I need your recommendation.

    I would like a switch that will support both thunderbolt 3 and USB-C up to 5K to share a single 27inch 5K monitor.

    At the moment if I want to switch from a Macbook Pro 2017 to a Dell laptop I need to unplug the video cable from the back of the monitor that supports 5K.

    Please is there a switch that I can purchase to switch from thunderbolt 3 to USB-C? to for the avoidance of fiddling with the cables?

    I would like to add that the Dell Laptop is supported through a USB-C connection to a maximum resolution of 4K. However when the LG UltraFine 5K Display is used with the MacBook Pro the resolution is 5K
