Switch Keyboard and mouse not working with SM-UHX-2D switch.

    After posting to get a recommendation for a switch I ordered the SM-UHX-2D switch which arrived today. Set up was super easy and my monitors are recognized right away. However, my keyboard (Ducky One 2) and mouse (SteelSeries Sensei Ten) are not recognized at all.

    I have the keyboard and mouse plugged in to the front of the switch where it’s labeled KM. Both peripherals have their lights on but no amount of mouse movement or keyboard clickity-clack is registered.

    How can I fix this?

    I do have the same situation with the DisplayPort 4-Port KVM switch

    Mouse and Keyboard isn't linked to the PC1 to PC4 USBs. it is really annoying spending a hefty amount of money to procure this unit.

    Did you resolve the issue you had?

    I did, I ended up having to purchase USB cables to run from each of the inputs to the switch.
