Switch Steetek KVM Issue

I purchased a Steetek 4K dual DisplayPort monitor KVM switch that supports two computers and four USB ports. I have a desktop home computer and a Lenovo work laptop. The two monitors were previously hooked up to my desktop and worked fine. The monitors are Dell gaming monitors set to 2560x1440 @ 60Hz.

I hooked everything up and the laptop works beautifully. Both monitors light up and peripherals work great. I switch to the PC and the peripherals work fine but only one monitor lights up. Windows doesn’t see the second monitor. I have switched monitors to two new Dell 1920x1024 @ 60Hz with the same result. I’ve switched the cables at the graphics card ports on the back of the PC and both ports show as working. I’ve swapped the laptop cables over to the PC ports on the back of the KVM and both monitors light up. I’ve swapped out the DisplayPort 1.2 cables with no effect. I’ve reattached both monitors to the PC directly and they both light up. I’ve eliminated every possibility except something obscure in Windows 10 or some internal obscure thing in the KVM that will not activate a second monitor in my config. Very frustrating – any ideas?
