    Hello Steven,

SM-DPN-4Q-S supports video resolutions up to 4K @ 60 Hz (3840 x 2160). The LG 12 MP mammography monitor you linked has a native resolution of 4200 x 2800, which exceeds the maximum resolution supported by the KVM switch.

I also noticed that this monitor supports a split-display mode, where it can operate as two separate display inputs.
Are you using the monitor in this configuration?

    Please advise.

Yes. I have tried PBP with 2 display ports to the monitor and it doesn't work (screen flickering). The computer still recognizes the monitors on display settings.
