Reverse KVM 3-video computer controlled from 2 locations

I have one computer I'd like to control (mainly video) from two locations.

My computer has 4 video outputs (2x DVI and 2x HDMI), but currently I'm using only 3 connections (with 3 monitors).

I'd like to set up two locations, each about 60 feet (cable-run) away, so that each location has 3 monitors displaying the video from same computer (in an extended-desktop configuration).

As added bonus, I'd also like each location to have one set of keyboard/mouse, allowing me to control the computer.

Can you recommend a solution for this setup?
