Extender Consolidated, multi-channel video extenders

We have one computer with 12 video ports (4 video cards, each with 4 Mini DisplayPort video outputs).

We're looking to drive 10 of these video outputs to 10 screens in another room in a one-to-one setup - each one of the 10 video ports needs to send its signal to one screen. The screens have DisplayPort, DVI and HDMI inputs - we can use either one.

We have MultiMode fiber (with LC connectors) running between the rooms, and so this would be our cabling preference for the video extension. Alternatively, we could entertain the possibility of using CATx.

Unfortunately, I don't currently know what the longest cable run is.

Our preference would be to have the extender hardware by the computer consolidated as much as possible into as few as possible boxes.

Can you recommend a hardware solution for this?

While most consolidated (rack-mounted) video extenders use CATx for extension (such as XTENDEX Rackmount Extender Module Tray, RACK-DVX200, or Rack-DVS200), Some DVI video extenders over fiber have a very small form factor, which may replace the need for consolidation.

Please have a closer look at DisplayPort Extender over Fiber Optic (for DisplayPort extension) or HDMI extenders over fiber or DVI extenders over fiber, in particular - the small-form-factor ones such as 616R/T, XTENDEX DVI Fiber-Optic, DVI FM 500 Extender or DVI FM Extender PLUS.
