Switch DPN-4 Quad does not mount with the SM-RACK

    I recently purchased the SM-RACK for the DPN-4 Quad and the brackets do not match any bolt pattern on the DPN-4 Quad. Did i order the wrong one, or does the SM-RACK not fit the DPN-4 Quad?

    Thank you for reaching out on our HelpCenter.

    We brought up the compatibility issue you raised with the manufacturer (Smart-AVI), only to learn that indeed they have recently made a change resulting in SM-RACK being incompatible with DPN-4QUAD. They are now offering dedicated rack-mount ears to allow rack-mounting DPN-4QUAD in a rack. KVMGalore is currently working on posting this offering.

    If you'd like, we can have these rack-mount ears shipped out to you. Please provide your original KVMGalore order number, and we will arrange such shipment free of charge.
    If you'd like, we could also arrange for you to return the SM-RACK you purchased for a full refund. Please provide your original KVMGalore order number, and we will send you a shipping label for such return.
