I'm looking to extend HDMI and USB through the network, over my existing Ethernet infrastructure.

Can you recommend product to accomplish this?

    Yes.

These KVM over IP extenders typically require your Ethernet to be managed using a Gigabit switch. They consist of a transmitter (sender; encoder) at the source, and a receiver (decoder) at the extended console - both connected to your Ethernet switch to facilitate the extension.

You may choose these products which natively support HDMI and USB extension, or choose these products that natively support DVI and USB extension (since single-link DVI video is compatible with HDMI), along with a simple DVI-HDMI adapter.
