The intended use will be for general and specialized radiology reading stations. (for medical imaging and healthcare).

    Each station will have, 2 PC's and 5 Diagnostic displays; up to 5MP (2800 x 2096) required.
    Each display requires DVI-D.

Ultimately, I need 10 DVI-D inputs with 5 DVI-D outputs, 1 mouse and 1 keyboard that will service two PC's.

Does each of your two PCs have five (5) video heads?

5MP resolution is 2592 x 1944 (not 2800 x 2096). There are three pieces of information missing that we would need to know before we could make a product recommendation:
    1) Refresh rate?
    2) Is reduced blanking supported?
    3) Does each of your two PCs have five (5) video heads?

We have many customers using multi-screen switches with 5MP medical imaging monitors. Depending on the model of the monitor and/or the version of video driver, the video calibration required by medical imaging applications may or may not work through some of these switches.
