Extender XT Pro not working properly

    I purchased XT Pro to replace a previous VGA/IR extender, but it appears not to be working properly.

    I'm extending VGA video (PowerPoint presentation from a computer) to a remote projector.
    The XT Pro is extending the video just fine.

    The problem is with the infrared (IR).

    I have it setup with an IR-eye (receiver, from the previous installation) plugged into the XT Pro Transmitter. On the receiving end, I have an IR emitter plugged into the XT Pro's Receiver unit, then glued onto the projector.
    The intention is to be sitting at the Transmitter end, using the projector's remote control to send IR commands through XT Pro to the projector.
    But it's not working.

    Can you help?

    Hello Ralf,

    That unit is not compatible with our XT PRO. The XT Pro is only compatible with this Transmitter and this Receiver.
