Multi-screen KVM w/ DP/DVI connections for dual/triple monitors

I have 3 monitors, but most of my PCs only have 2 outputs.
I have laptop doc station with 2x DisplayPort outputs; a desktop with DisplayPort and DVI outputs; another desktop with VGA and DVI outputs. I may add a second laptop doc station, again with dual DisplayPort outputs.

I am looking for a KVM to handle this. I cannot seem to find anything out there that has DP/DVI both for PC connections. I either see DP by itself or DVI/VGA.

Are there any DP/DVI PC connections with dual/triple DP for the monitors?

    Randy,

Not that we are aware of.

Typically, KVM switches (including multi-video KVM switches) are made with one set of connectors both for input and outputs (although some DisplayPort KVM switches use HDMI for output). Typically you will need to use adapters when connecting computers with different video connectors, but when doing so you should be aware that VGA video is analog, while DVI-D video is digital, and the two are incompatible. To overcome this incompatibility, please look for DVI KVM switches which support DVI-I (able to handle both analog and digital video).

    Hope this helps!
