We need to run six 4K Ultra-HD (60Hz) monitors so that we can switch these between two computers.

Audio, keyboard and mouse controls are needed, preferably with an additional input for a touch pad.

Which of your products or combination of products can we use to accomplish this?

    Hello John,

Thank you for reaching out on our HelpCenter. We have a few clarifying questions regarding your setup:
    a) Does each one of your two computers have 6 video heads?
    b) Are you looking to set up a system controlling two computers via 1x keyboard; 1x mouse; 6x screens? (see attached image)
    c) What type video interface do your computers have?

    d) What is this touch pad?
    e) How is this touch pad different than your mouse?

    Please advise.

    Hi!

    a) Video cards have 6 mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort outputs

    b) Goal is to output to 6 4K monitors & control two computers with one keyboard, one mouse & one touch pad or no mouse and two touch pads (space is not available for 12 monitors)

    3) Video interface is Matrox Graphics C680-E2GBF Full-height44; Pcie X16 Six-Output Graphics Card

    d) Touch pads are Glidepoint USB

    e) Touch pads work the same as a standard mouse, and are currently built into a split keyboard, "mouse" commands can be input with either hand which is espcially useful with 6 monitors

    Hello again,

We are not aware of the existence of a 6-screen KVM switch (typically they support up to 4 screens), let alone one supporting 4K60.

You can accomplish your setup, however, using a KVM over IP system that supports DisplayPort and 4K60.
    You will need to deploy:
12x Transmitter (Sender) units (for each one of your video ports on both computers), one of which will also facilitate a USB connection for each computer's keyboard/mouse.
6x Receiver units (for each one of your screens), one of which will also facilitate a USB connections for keyboard/mouse.
    1x Ethernet switch

    Hope this helps!
We welcome your questions - please come back and ask us anything, anytime, or just offer your feedback.

OK, please suggest some of the necessary units you have.
Is there a way to connect or daisy chain a D2H-4P-Duo to a D2H-4P-QUAD?

    12x Transmitters, such as Gefen EXT-DPKA-LANS-TX or kvm-tec 6901L.
    6x Receivers, such as Gefen EXT-DPKA-LANS-RX or kvm-tec 6901R.
1x 10GB Ethernet switch with at least 18 ports.

    Unfortunately not.

    Hope this helps!
