Switch 140 foot sailboat refit

    I'm wondering what the easiest/best way might be for this setup, the helm is about a 30 foot cable run from the 3 PCs, the crew tv is 40 feet forward and the Cpt quarters is 50 feet or so forward from the PCs. there will be no engineer on board, the captain really likes the KVM switches that allow you to select the PC with a mouse via some sort of gui on screen.

    full control at the helm or captains quarters stations and the ability to show the camera PC on the crew mess TV, all the connections are HDMI.

    Three PC's, keyboard and mouse, like via KVM or matrix? as per the diagram. I need to both extend the wires and also run multiple PC's from a few locations.
