    Thank you for your call.

    As described on our web site, NTI's 8x8 VEEMUX Low-Cost 4K HDMI Matrix Switch [SM-8X8-4K18GB-LC] can be controlled via:
    1) Front Panel Interface
    2) Ethernet (Web control)
    3) RS232
    4) Infrared Remote Control

    Click here for a user manual.

    The front panel LCD will display the input to output connections. The front panel LCD times out and goes blank a few seconds after booting or after a button is pushed.
    Pushing any button on the front will bring the connections info back up for a few seconds.
    These connections can be seen using the RS232 and Web control options as well (see pages 9 and 15 of the manual for details).
    Additionally, the connections can be accessed through the front panel LCD by pressing any number or arrow key on the remote control.
