KVM KVMs to source

Good afternoon,

I have a customer who needs to source KVMs with the following specs. Do you have an off-the shelf solution or able to build to meet these requirements?

a) 2 Port KVM (supporting the connections of devices) dual head (two DisplayPort/HDMI connected monitors) with integrated cabling for Video (DisplayPort/HDMI), mouse (USB) and audio & CAC support
b) NIAP Protection Profile 4.0 Certified (proof of certification must be included with bid response)
c) No Shared Resources (data path isolation between systems and networks)
d) Audio device security (diode)
e) Display Plug and play Protection
f) Unidirectional Optical Data Diodes
g) No keyboard buffering / no memory
h) Resolution support of 4K UHD 3840 x 2160 @60hz
i) Console Ports : 2 DisplayPort/HDMI Video, 2 x USB 2.0 Type A (CAC support) for Keyboard and Mouse, 1 x 3.5mm Analog Audio (Dongles will not be accepted)
j) Computer Ports : 2 Ports, 2 DisplayPort/HDMI Video, 1 x USB 2.0 Type B (CAC support) for Keyboard and Mouse, 1 x 3.5mm Analog Audio (Dongles will not be accepted)
k) Chassis must be a tamper-proof design
l) KVM must be assembled in North America or Israel
m) Must include all necessary cables (minimum 10 feet) to connect four devices(4 Cables per KVM) & CAC devices (Dongles will not be accepted
