Switch 16-port, 2-user KVM with CAC and DisplayPort video

    Hi - I am trying to find a 16-port KVM that can support CAC reader/credentialing and is DisplayPort video interface. I'd prefer 2-users but 1 can suffice for the customer. I got to the Vertiv SCMV2160DPH-400 but don't think it has CAC capabilities?

    You are correct! SCMV2160DPH-400 does not support CAC.

    To support CAC, you need a KVM switch that supports sharing a USB peripheral (such as a CAC reader). Click here to view two models that support this. Unfortunately, these are only a single-user (not a dual-user) KVM switches.
