Question How many cables are required?

    Probably dumbest question ever.
    I just bought a 8K 2 DisplayPort HDMI KVM switch 3 monitors 3 computers 4K 144Hz triple monitor KVM for 3 PC sharing 3 screens and 4 USB 3.0 ports with controller.

    Not sure of the model number if any. It may be SW332.

    I am curious as to the number of cables required. All of the info I can find shows 4 cables from each computer to the switch. "HDMI to HDMI + DP to DP + DP to DP + USB". Note the use of "+".

    So do I really need 4 cables from each computer to the switch or just whichever one works. I assume that a USB cable is needed for each computer regardless of video cables.
