Switch Windows can't detect resolutions for CS1822

I just received the CS1822 switch and once everything was set up using the supplied HDMI cables, both of the attached computers (one is windows 10, the other windows 11) cannot detect the resolutions for my Samsung 49" monitor. If I bypass the switch I can get them to see that the monitor can do 5120x1440 @ 60hz just fine, but through the switch, the options are missing and I'm forced into 1920x1080 for some reason.

Is there a driver or firmware update I can try which might let the switch work with my monitor at the desired resolution?

    Hello Scott,

Thank you for reaching out on our HelpCenter.

As shown on our web site, the maximum resolution supported by CS1822 is 4096x2160 @ 60Hz.

    Hope this helps!
