We are looking to control 3 different PCs that are located in a different room than our dual monitor user station. Does your company have anything that can meet this?

I'd like to speak in a bit more detail on this, and send you a diagram that illustrates our needs.

This is our proposed setup. The most important elements:
    *cannot be VGA
*has a user box that has buttons to select desired pc
*user box has to have dual monitor capability
*support for 3+ workstations that will be housed in another room

    1) What is the distance between the computer location in the other room and the user station?

    2) Since you're looking for the user station to have dual monitors, can we assume that each of your 3 computers has two video outputs?

On the other side of the wall. Probably a total of 10-12 feet of cable?

Yes, each computer has multiple video outputs.

Your diagram depicts AdderView DDX10 which can be configured to support 3x dual-video computers and one console consisting of two monitors, one keyboard/mouse. However, DDX10 does not support switching via buttons from the user-station. DDX supports switching via keyboard hot keys or OSD.

If switching via buttons is essential, you should look at AdderView 4 PRO DVI MultiScreen, Dual-Head. Use the 4 Way Remote Control Keypad for switching via push-buttons at the user console. The keypad comes with a 10-foot cable (RJ45 connector), and you may replace the original cable (if that's not long enough) with a cable of your own, up to 25 feet in length.
