Question Mac computers can't provide true dual-view mode

    Hello Daniel, we recently purchased the ATEN USB-C Dual HDMI Mini Dock that you had recommended and determined that a true dual screen is not available through this device. According to the instructions, Mac computers do not include MST technology, so Mac computers will not support Dual-View mode. Please let us know if there is a setting or workaround that will allow this Mini Dock to work or a different product that we will need to acquire.
