PTSN Auto-Dialer and home-alarm system

    [​IMG]I'm looking at APD-T01 - PTSN Auto-Dialer, wanting to hook it up to the horn output of my home-alarm system, so that whenever it triggers I will be receiving a phone call.
    Can I make this work?
    What triggers the auto-dialer - Is it dry-contact? or does the trigger need to be providing some power?

    The dialer is triggered by a dry-contact closure, yes -- it does not require any kind of voltage signal from the triggering device to activate it.
