Feedback Rocket science

    I called for advise on implementing a KVM switch solution for my old (VGA) and new (DVI) machines. The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable on the subject (unlike other IT vendors I had called earlier who had no clue) and was extremely helpful.

    Although he insisted it wasn't rocket science, I think you guys are doing an excellent job presenting KVM solutions in a simple, understandable way.
