Switch VGA and HDMI to an HDMI projector

    I have a laptop with VGA video + audio, and a cable box with HDMI.
    I'm looking for a 2-port audio/video switch (no need for keyboard/mouse control) that can accept these two inputs, and send the output to an HDMI projector.
    I also need the switch to de-embed the audio from the HDMI and make it available via a separate audio connection.

    Can you recommend a switch that will accomplish this?
