Multi-screen 2-5mp Medical Grade Monitors needing a KVM Switch

I am in need of a KVM Switch that will run 3 monitors (2 of which are 5mp medical grade monitors for diagnostic images). Every one I find says "up to" and won't guarantee that there won't be any image degradation. Any suggestions or assistance is welcome.

How do they support 5MP resolution when the DVI cable itself does not support 5MP?
We need to switch 2 medical computers, each with 4 medical monitors.
    Resolution is 2048*2560
Video output from card is DisplayPort
    Thank You.

A DVI cable itself not being able to support 5MP is not a correct statement. If it was the case then 5MP monitors would not come with a DVI connector. Yet, they do.
Typically, any dual-link DVI cable (using all 24-pins) will work. The Adder cables listed at the bottom of the product page are guarantied to work with this product.

You will need AdderView 4 PRO DVI MultiScreen, Quad-Head to support 4 video-heads per computer and 4 monitors at the console.

You may need to use DisplayPort to DVI adapters.

    Hope this helps!
