4K 4K DVI KVM extender cable options

    I am looking at

    which supports up to 4K over DVI. However, I am unable to find a DVI cable that is advertised as 4K capable. I am also finding very little for a DVI to HDMI adapter that is capable of 4K. I am seeing that the max resolution for Dual Link DVI is 2560 x 1600. But I am currently running a 3440 x 1440 monitor with a DL DVI-HDMI cable.
