Switch 60Hz on UHDN-4P

I purchased a SmartAVI UHDN-4P a few weeks ago from KVMGalore.
Based on the specs, this KVM switch should be able to support 4K at 60 Hz.
The issue is, when I try using 4K configuration on my computer, I'm only able to get about 30 Hz refresh rate.

Is this expected, or is there some fixes that can be done?

    My monitor is Viewsonic XG2700-4K @60Hz - http://www.viewsonic.com/us/xg2700-4k.html

VideoCard is Nvidia EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 - http://www.evga.com/products/Specs/GPU.aspx?pn=5fa28d37-0fb1-42be-8b9b-04223cb59d85

The HDMI cable I use is: MediaBridge 6 ft - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0019EHU8G/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Operating system is Windows 10 - 64 bits

    Hello Irwan,

My recommendation would be to use a higher bandwidth or thicker gauge cable.

We test our equipment with Monster cables that allow up to 27 Gbps.

Many times companies market 17.8 Gbps cables as 18 Gbps cables and do not support 4K at 60Hz.

Please let us know if this fixes your issue.

    Best Regards,
