Wireless Bluetooth/USB mouse/keyboard

    Thank you for reaching out on our HelpCenter.

    Generally speaking, KVM switches do not work well with a wireless keyboard/mouse.
    Very rarely do KVM switch manufacturers specify whether a specific model will (or will not) work with a wireless keyboard/mouse.
    Your wireless keyboard/mouse may work with any given KVM switch, or may not! Unfortunately, it boils down to trial and error.
    Further more, even if your wireless keyboard/mouse does initially work with your KVM switch, subsequently it may stop, with no apparent rhyme or reason.
