Feedback Great customer service

I often have our engineers asking me to place orders for them while they're on the road. Not quite a techie myself but concerned with our bottom line (they seem to have some of the better prices here), I love that the KVMGalore folks are always informative and patient with all of my questions/etc.

There's been at least one case in which they saved me from ordering a batch of the wrong units - the freight costs would have been a disaster had the KVMGalore guys not been so helpful.
