    Does KD-4X1CSK switch ship with a suitable remote or what brands/types are compatible?

    Yes. KD-4x1CSK can be operated using the IR remote control that ships included with the unit. The KD-4x1CSK switcher features an IR sensor on the front of the unit for reception of IR signals from the remote.
