    Comparing ATEN CN9000 and CN9600.
Looking for audio support – microphone and speakers on the local and remote console.
Do both of the above products support audio as specified above ?
CN9000 - has audio ports but the specs does not clearly say that it supports.

    Hello vmu,

Thank you for reaching out on our HelpCenter.

Both units will support audio on either the local or remote side. Neither can send audio to both simultaneously!

Either the local side will play audio and receive microphone OR the remote side will play audio and receive microphone (whichever is configured to play - it's a user setting).

If speakers are attached to both local and remote - only one will work.

    Hope this helps!
