Question Looking for auto switching KVM that switches when device is plugged in

    Hello! I am looking for a KVM switch that will auto switch between devices depending on if they are plugged in. I have a primary videoconferencing machine plugged in to a TV, and would like a KVM switch that will auto switch to a secondary machine if it is plugged in, then switch back to the primary if the secondary machine is disconnected. Does that exist?

    Auto-switching (that performs just as you described) is a feature most prevalent in video switches, but not so in KVM switches. If your setup requires only video switching (and does not require keyboard/mouse switching) then a video switch with auto-switching will do the job for you.
