Multi-screen Sharing 2 screens with 2 computers/docking stations

    Hello,

    I have 2 screens that I would like to share between my work and home laptops. One laptop is a surface book 3 with the surface dock. The second laptop is a Lenovo Thinkpad with it's own docking station. Is there any way I could use the same 2 screens with each laptop? What device model do you recomend and what connections would be required? Also, after I have the devise setup, how do I select the laptop I want to display on the screens?
