Switch USB issues with ATEN CS782DP

    I need help finding the right firmware upgrades to get this KVM working with USB (Mouse and keyboard). I went to the site of the manufacturer but they are not helpful and their outdated firmware update is a multi-step, convoluted process and they do not provide updated drivers that match the instructions.
