Sensor Watchdog 100P built-in sensors

    I'm curious about the Watchdog 100P-UN.

    It says that it has a built-in temperature and humidity/dew point sensors. So does that mean that I would not need to purchase a heat sensor, since there's one built in already?

    Also, are there any mobile carriers that are suggested for the GSM dialer?

    Thank you for reaching out on our HelpCenter.

    Watchdog 100P does come with on-board temperature, Humidity / Dew Point sensors, which will provide you with readings located at the location in which you position the Watchdog 100P appliance in your rack. External temperature sensors come with a wire which allows you to position the probe up to 100 feet away from the location of the Watchdog 100P appliance in your rack.

    Hello James,

    If you currently have a GSM dialer, all you would need a Sim Card from a preferred carrier.
    If you currently do not have a GSM dialer, you would have to source one from a 3rd party supplier. Unfortunately Vertiv Geist does not supply a GSM dialer as of September 2019.
